As IP centric building systems start to be available, integrators, architects, consultants and building owners are starting to concern themselves with how such a converged and connected solution should be procured. From the experiences of experts in the field it is clear that it is not business as usual. This track is design to explore the issues and solutions on how different things are in the converged world of connected building. Audience: Building owners that plan to build or retrofit IP centric building systems, as well as integrators from both the buildings and IT industries.
